1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RangeBreak.XYZ ("the Service"), operated by RangeBreak ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RangeBreak.XYZ provides a web-based dashboard that connects to Interactive Brokers Trader Workstation (TWS) through a locally-installed agent application. The Service allows users to view account data, monitor positions, and submit orders to their brokerage account.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade securities in your jurisdiction. You must hold a valid Interactive Brokers account. We do not provide brokerage services — all trades are executed through your own brokerage account.

4. Restricted Jurisdictions

The Service is not available to residents of the United States of America. By using the Service, you confirm that you are not a U.S. person (as defined by applicable law) and are not accessing the Service from within the United States.

The Service is also not available to residents of, or persons located in, any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, including but not limited to: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, and any other jurisdiction where use of the Service would be prohibited by applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at any time without notice.

5. Account and Security

• You authenticate via Google OAuth. You are responsible for the security of your Google account.
• The local agent application runs on your PC and connects to your TWS instance. You are responsible for securing your local machine and TWS configuration.
• Do not share your agent secret or agent executable with others.

6. No Investment Advice

The Service is a tool for interfacing with your brokerage. We do not provide investment advice, recommendations, or research. Any order parameters, calculations (such as position sizing), or displayed data are provided as-is for your convenience. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions.

7. Risks and Liability

• Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person.
• The Service connects to third-party systems (Interactive Brokers) over networks that may experience delays, outages, or errors. Orders may not execute as expected.
• We are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, technical failures, incorrect data display, or any other damages arising from use of the Service.
• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the Service or the agent application. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to manipulate markets.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the agent and discontinuing use of the dashboard.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
